Great service! I have been bringing my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country van here since I bought it. I have always received prompt and courteous service and they have be I have been bringing my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country van here since I bought it. I have always received prompt and courteous service and they have been able to keep my van running smoothly, even as it ages and parts wear out and become harder to get. My last service was an emergency, as a part broke and the van could not be driven safely. The van needed to be towed in. One of the "broken" parts was no longer manufactured by Chrysler and I thought I would have to give in and buy a new vehicle. I really didn't want to do that as I really like this van, plus it was not a good time to have to shop and spend more money, even for a used vehicle. Gary and the service department did not give up and found the needed piece. And it was less expensive than originally anticipated. Yay! The other minor maintenance services that were due were also done AND the van had been washed and smelled great inside!! My van is running smoothly and I can start searching for a new vehicle on my timeline. Many thanks and kudos to Gary and the service team at RCJDR! More

Amazing Service Staff I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Roseville dealer and was met in the service department by a very welcoming gentleman. Immediately I was set I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Roseville dealer and was met in the service department by a very welcoming gentleman. Immediately I was set up for an oil change and was given answers to a question I had regarding the use of my dash electronics. My car was serviced within 30min and I was alerted the status of my air filter, brakes, fluid, etc. I was told the current status of these were in good shape and was not pushed to purchase new filters or other. This felt very genuine, seeking my best interest, not the dealers. Upon completion, I was notified of coupons that saved me money on my visit. The service clerk was all smiles with a fun/friendly attitude as well. All around A+ effort with everyone involved in the servicing of my vehicle. I've had far worse at other dealers and will definitely be returning here for future maintenance and sales! Thanks Guys! More

While they were working on my car I had an opportunity to spend time with the sales staff to try and figure out if I might want to purchase a new car. The sales staff of Justin and Kevin, along with the credit manager, provided with all the information I needed to make an educated decision on what I was going to do in three months when the lease on my current car expires. Looks like I'll be continuing my 30 plus years relationship with Roseville Chrysler, Jeep. More
