Get it done. Needed ball joints replaced at 198k miles on my 2014 Promaster 2500. The only complaint I have is that they don't have qualified Promaster technicians available for Saturday repairs. I lost a day of work because of that. Having said that I am happy the way this service department has taken care of me over the 198k miles of ownership. More
