I am writing mostly because the service guy, Gary, was actually the most helpful person during my experience(s) with getting my 2017 Jeep Renegade fix I am writing mostly because the service guy, Gary, was actually the most helpful person during my experience(s) with getting my 2017 Jeep Renegade fixed (cracked a couple sway bar links... oops, cheers to rough Minneapolis roads and the never ending construction). Although the dealership was booked for 2 weeks after I had my initial appraisal, Gary did a great job at explaining what was happening or going to be happening with my Jeep. He was professional, and patient to answer any questions I had. These guys are great at educating you on your vehicle so don't be afraid to ask questions! The service only took 1 hour and I was ready to go. Thanks so much Gary (and the team that fixed my Jeep)- you guys rock! More

Excellent service My truck did not start and had to have it towed to the dealer. Gary, my service advisor said they were extremely busy and didn’t know if they would be My truck did not start and had to have it towed to the dealer.
