Happy customer after fixing issue promptly. We had some work done on our mini van and also added a oil change to the work order. Everything was done but they forgot about the oil change. I am writing mostly because the service guy, Gary, was actually the most helpful person during my experience(s) with getting my 2017 Jeep Renegade fix I am writing mostly because the service guy, Gary, was actually the most helpful person during my experience(s) with getting my 2017 Jeep Renegade fixed (cracked a couple sway bar links... oops, cheers to rough Minneapolis roads and the never ending construction). Although the dealership was booked for 2 weeks after I had my initial appraisal, Gary did a great job at explaining what was happening or going to be happening with my Jeep. He was professional, and patient to answer any questions I had. These guys are great at educating you on your vehicle so don't be afraid to ask questions! The service only took 1 hour and I was ready to go. Thanks so much Gary (and the team that fixed my Jeep)- you guys rock! More
