Warranty service on leaking coolant I purchased a lifetime warranty for a 2009 caravan purchased new from Roseville dodge. I called and they said yes it will be covered. Brought in on I purchased a lifetime warranty for a 2009 caravan purchased new from Roseville dodge. I called and they said yes it will be covered. Brought in on Sunday for 7:20am appt. I received no call . I called at 1pm and they said service will return call. no call back. I called again at 4:30pm and service tech went home. next day no call. I called at 2pm and they said no warranty work since it is out of date. not to mention they did not work on factory recalls!! how do you let a car leave without fixing the factory recalls?? More
