Warranty service on leaking coolant I purchased a lifetime warranty for a 2009 caravan purchased new from Roseville dodge. I called and they said yes it will be covered. I received no call . I called at 1pm and they said service will return call. no call back. I called again at 4:30pm and service tech went home. next day no call. I called at 2pm and they said no warranty work since it is out of date. not to mention they did not work on factory recalls!! how do you let a car leave without fixing the factory recalls?? More

Fully Informed One of the most valuable things a dealership can do when a car is being serviced is to give the customer as much information as possible about what wo One of the most valuable things a dealership can do when a car is being serviced is to give the customer as much information as possible about what work will be done, how long it is likely to take, how much it will cost, whether there is warranty coverage, and additional service recommendations. And, if the customer is waiting at the dealership while servicing is being done, periodic updates on how much more time will be necessary. Roseville Jeep has consistently given me information like that, and that is why I keep returning for service. More
