Could do better Our vehicle was in for a pre scheduled service appointment. We did not get a call giving us updates and when we called for an update we were told that Our vehicle was in for a pre scheduled service appointment. We did not get a call giving us updates and when we called for an update we were told that the parts that had been initially ordered for the vehicle had been cancelled by someone at the shop.The parts did get reordered but this van was down longer than anticipated which affected our riders. More

Our lease was up & we were over our allotted mileage due to traveling to hospitals & other medical facilities due to my husbands serious/sudden acute myeloid leukemia diagnosis.
