Almost 5 stars Doug was amazing over the phone and was able to accomadate finding me financing. When I arrived to the dealership I was greet by another gentlemen Doug was amazing over the phone and was able to accomadate finding me financing. When I arrived to the dealership I was greet by another gentlemen named Jeremy. He didn't give off a positive energy. I immediately knew this was going to be a problem. I was shown a vehicle that I was not too thrilled about and was originally told that was my only option.I asked to speak to Doug since I had been working with him the entire time. Doug came from out of the back and gave off a vibe as if he was now limited in how he could help me. I was concerned. They told me I would have to wait 2 hours to hear back from financing. I was also asking for further clarification on certian financing scenarios and they were not as helpful as I would have liked. I left the dealership because I was not going to be told "NO" after waiting 2 hours. I went to have dinner and maybe 20 minutes later I received a text from Doug stating he could do the deal. I was shocked. When I arrived back to dealership the paperwork was ready and Doug was very detailed and clear about the deal. During the signing I was given great service and it was an easy process. Jeremy helped me the vehicle setting set up which I really appreciated. My only recommendation is to be consistent with the customer service. I am well aware that if you don't have the proper credit score salesman can pretty much treat you anyway. I kind of expected it. But I will still recommend friends and family to check ou these guys. More
