When I checked in for my appointment they determined that service on my Chrysler 300 would take more than the day. They offered a rental vehicle or to reschedule. I chose the rental which was a new Jeep Compass (very nice). I was able to use the Jeep until my car was ready. When my car was finished I just drove in and switched vehicles. All my service work was completed with no issues. My Chrysler drives great! More
