Warranty Work I was in recently for some warranty work that I needed done to my truck. The level of service that I received from Jake at your service desk, was first class all the way. He listened to the problems that I was experiencing and took notes in the system. He called with an update while the work was being performed, and even texted as well. He was friendly and in a good mood both when I dropped the vehicle off, and when I picked it back up the following day. He was the reason that this experience was a positive one. Thanks Jake! More

He got me the vehicle I wanted (although I changed my mind about which vehicle I wanted mid-way through the discussion, based on recommendations from Jo Jo) and he got me the price I needed. Jo Jo walked me through the features of the new vehicle and pointed out some of the differences between my previous and my new vehicles.
