Non-judgmental, friendly, courteous I was really nervous to go in and I didn't want to feel stupid or ashamed for my credit being bad, which is what I thought was going to happen when I I was really nervous to go in and I didn't want to feel stupid or ashamed for my credit being bad, which is what I thought was going to happen when I went there. But it was quite the opposite, Doug was super nice! He did not make me feel bad about having poor credit at all, actually didn't even use the words poor or bad credit, just talked about the option that he found that worked really well for me! And I left with the exact vehicle that I went there wanting!! And I couldn't be happier with my car and with the service I received!! I highly recommend Doug and Chrysler Jeep in Roseville!! More
