Wonderful! We have challenging credit, so normally it’s a horrible, long, tense situation when we try to get financing. But Doug worked with us, helping as much as he could over the phone since we’re about an hour and a half away. And then had others he was working with, but made sure someone came and checked on us. All in all it was the best experience at a dealership we’ve had. More

We got an appointment with Doug last year in July and walked out with a used car. He told us to start with the small used car and to wait a year so we can upgrade. The year came and we contacted Doug, as promised he helped us. We had no hope on getting a new car maybe a newer one than the one we had but he got us into a 2018 dodge journey! With less than 50 miles on it. Not 50,000 but 50 miles. He is an amazing car salesperson , I will definitely will be sending anyone looking for a car his way. If he was able to work something out for us then he can make anything happen for you. More
Airbag recall/new radio I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance for a couple of recall notices, as well as for a radio issue. The service center recommended that I get a new radio, but did not have the correct parts to complete the work on the airbag. I thought I would wait a while before responding to this rating request, but it has been 11 days since I was told I would need to come in again. I have not been contacted, and already paid over $400 dollars for the radio. I understand it is more efficient for the work to happen at the same time, but it seems like too long to wait, especially since I had scheduled the repair more than a week in advance. On the upside, I believe it was Jake or maybe Kyle that I originally spoke with in the service area and he was quite good. More

My husband and I were fortunate to be referred to JOE. He was so respectful and trustworthy. The inventory was very low for choice for a Chrysler Town and County - but we chose one of the options for purchase. Very little, $500.00 was offered for a trade-in. Joe was terrific to work with in the sales process and I would recommend him highly. The whole process bogged down after we made the purchase. It took a long time to talk to the finance person, even though we were paying in cash. It also took too long for the dealership to remove the sticker from the the windshield. Joe was very helpful, professional, and trustworthy. I found the information desk to be most helpful and to be flexible. This is the second vehicle we purchased at this dealership and clearly the best of the two experiences. Nancy More
