poor customer service in Parts Dept purchased two new OEM fobs for my Dodge Durango online and called RCJDR to see if I needed a appt for the programming and cutting of the keys. Contac purchased two new OEM fobs for my Dodge Durango online and called RCJDR to see if I needed a appt for the programming and cutting of the keys. Contacted the Parts Dept and spoke with Mark who was very rude because I didn’t purchase the fobs direct through them. Said that since mine were purchased online they probably can’t be programmed. Also, gave me a song and dance about cutting the new keys also but when I asked if I purchased the fob thru them can they cut it onsite and he finally said yes. Spoke with Bruce W (salesman) and told him my situation and he provided me with everything I needed to know about getting the new fobs programmed and cut. Very pleasant and polite to work with. Thank you Bruce. More

Not only did Gary take care of both repairs, he made available a rental at no charge as the recall part was delayed a day. Just love the fact they go the extra mile every time I am in for service. Been a customer for almost 20 years and would recommend them in a heartbeat for any vehicle needs you have. More
Free Stuff Just going in for a free tire rotation and recalls to be done. When I called to make the appointment they had said it would be only about 15 minutes. Just going in for a free tire rotation and recalls to be done. When I called to make the appointment they had said it would be only about 15 minutes. It took an hour but it was a pleasant hour. No worries on the change of time for me but maybe try to give out a better estimate of time. I was new to this service department and was not aware of the fact that my 10:00 appointment was at the mercy of others who had just stopped in for quick service. I think those of us with appointments should be put in front of the others. Just a thought. Staff is so very kind though so as I said no worries! More
