Quality work, could use better communications I was very satisfied by the work performed on my vehicle, but the lack of communication was a little frustrating. My repair was covered by an extende I was very satisfied by the work performed on my vehicle, but the lack of communication was a little frustrating. My repair was covered by an extended warranty, but I did not get any updates on what the issue was during the repair. It just would have been nice to hear they had discovered the issue, had parts in stock and expected time to complete the repair. Not hearing until 4pm seemed like a long wait to me, based on bringing the car in at 7:30am. It's possible this is the case for extended warranty work, since it's covered, but still would have appreciated an update or two along the way. More

Not taking responsibility I went in for an oil change and was told they would rotate tires for free. This was a Friday and over the weekend my tires were so loud I couldn’t sta I went in for an oil change and was told they would rotate tires for free. This was a Friday and over the weekend my tires were so loud I couldn’t stand it, so I took it back on Monday. They told me my vehicle was out of alignment and wanted me to make an appointment to get that fixed. I told them the tires weren’t loud before they rotated them so I asked them to rotate them back. The mechanic (whose name I didn’t take note of but had a ZZ Top beard) licked his finger and marked the tire and with a smirk said, “That way you’ll know we actually moved the tires back.” I’m not sure if he thought he was being cute or if he thought he was dealing with an ignorant woman. Either way the situation made me uncomfortable, and I am regretting that I bought a $200 oil change package so I will have to return. The tires made a lot less noise after I left but have worn uneven from driving the weekend after the bad rotation. Had another shop check alignment and it is fine. More
