Need to pay more attention!!! I receive notification that my truck needed 2 recall repairs. I made the appointment for that and in addition, I wanted them to evaluate a lock. I receive notification that my truck needed 2 recall repairs. I made the appointment for that and in addition, I wanted them to evaluate a lock. Turns out that the lock is no longer under warranty, and I decided since I may be upgrading soon to another truck, it’s not a big deal to fix right now. It was only after I drove away for a few minutes to remember that the recalls still need to be done. They didn’t care to remember that which is most important. I have no reason to suspect they don’t do a good job the service department. But as a customer, I don’t feel they pay enough attention. When I purchased my truck from this dealership, five years ago, the finance guy was super rude and very aggressive. Having just paid off my truck this last month, I may be in the market for a new truck and I’m not sure I want to get it from this dealership even though it’s the closest to my house. More

Hit and missed We brought in a Jeep because a light came on "transmission over temperature". We asked them to fix it so the light won't come on. 1st visit-change We brought in a Jeep because a light came on "transmission over temperature". We asked them to fix it so the light won't come on. 1st visit-changed transmission fluid and filter $380 NOT FIXED 2nd visit-NC but NOT FIXED 3rd visit- NC but stated it was a computer problem costing $1500 We did not need our transmission fluid and filter changed and we did not need a bill of $380. More
