Oil change I stopped by at 3:55 on Saturday and was told they close at 4pm. They couldn't take me because all the techs were gone. I realize it takes more than 5 I stopped by at 3:55 on Saturday and was told they close at 4pm. They couldn't take me because all the techs were gone. I realize it takes more than 5 minutes to do a oil change, just curious what time do the techs leave. Went back on Monday with no problems. Staff was friendly and accommodating. More

Jeep Grand Cherokee Experience was good and they agreed to let us take the Jeep home to see how it pulled our boat. We were excited about the car and confident we could make the deal. Jeremy Ewing was the salesman I was speaking with and was the salesman we went to when we got there. He couldn’t remember my name. He wouldn’t shake hands. He didn’t even have the care to tell us about the car or the dealership itself. All Jeremy cared about was wanting to know how much was owed on a possible trade in and was essentially refusing to help us because we didn’t know precisely. He was incredibly rude to the point where not after even five minutes in the office he basically threw my keys back at me, said “have a nice day” and walked off. You couldn’t give us the car now if you wanted to. More
