As a single woman, and a single mom, it can be intimidating to go into a dealership, which are usually filled with men. I did not feel pressured and he was patient with me throughout the entire process. I had many questions, and Doug was understanding and helpful. I was unsure of which car to choose, and when I needed the weekend to think about it, I was not pressured into buying a car that I wasn’t feeling 100%. After the weekend, Doug sent me pictures of a different vehicle, which I ended up buying! The SUV had low miles and I was given a great purchase price. I am completely happy with my purchase! I got a feel for the power plant I was looking for, as well as a ballpark idea of vehicle costs. I opted for a used vihicle to serve our family needs and budget. Kevin and Kyle both helped me with aligning test drives of the used vehicles available with the options I sought, and we worked out a trade in offer. I opted to finance a portion of the purchase, finding my own credit union to have a better rate than was offered by the dealership financing bank (Capital One). I also got a comparable, cheaper extended warranty through my credit union. Overall, very friendly, helpful staff! More
