I did not need to leave the facility so I waited for my car to be finished on the line however I remember my dealer saying that if I were to need a rental, they would provide one. The facility waiting area is clean/organized, and they make sure you are comfortable. I did not need an update on my vehicle as I was there for a routine oil change, but I saw several service attendants come give updates to other patrons' cars, which I thought was helpful. I don't remember the man I was talking to before/after my Jeep went in, but he was friendly, professional, and helpful. My service was covered by my lease so I "didn't pay" for a thing but the cost of a synthetic oil change at Roseville CJDR is comparable to any other garage. More

Hitch Receiver installation Saga So initially I was quoted an amount to install a hitch and wiring and 2 styles of plugs on 18 compass Trailhawk. I agreed and dropped it off at the de So initially I was quoted an amount to install a hitch and wiring and 2 styles of plugs on 18 compass Trailhawk. I agreed and dropped it off at the dealership. I was going out of town so they could take a week if they wanted to. I received a call the day before I would return stating they had to order the parts and no one close had it in. No problem. They were apologetic and offered me a loaner when I got back into town. The day I am on the road home I get a call from dealer stating they misquoted me and the new cost was much higher. I told them that is too high and brought up quoted price. I said I would stop in when I arrived and home. when I arrived at dealership I discussed the new amount and I offered to meet them half way from original quote to new one. They were very apologetic and polite and made the arrangements. I took loaner home and came back on on Monday. I paid the adjusted amount and went to inspect the work. Hitch was installed perfectly on appearance but the wiring was missing. I walked back into dealer and talked with them. They stated the wiring was an additional 400+ . After some discussion they came back with they would cover the wiring installation after all the issues. In my opinion they were miscommunications I think on both side but they were willing to work with me and also go beyond their obligations. More
