Typical wheeler and dealer sales tricks Don't initial things to "be on the same page", because they're never on the same page as the buyer, they use that trick to get your buy in to the sale Don't initial things to "be on the same page", because they're never on the same page as the buyer, they use that trick to get your buy in to the sales proces and feel like you owe them, and they have zero intention of staying on the same page as you. Looking back in my mind that seems very under handed. They don't initial anywhere to indicate they're on the same page as you,because they don't care, yet they expect you to honor the numbers they push on you. When you tell them a payment amount you can afford expect them to go over by about $150-$200 after they can't get you the financing they promised and start giving you "deals" on extended warranties and gapp insurance, which they technically did after giving me a payment of $100 over what I told them I was comfortable with. I expect they'll honor the terms of the warranties and oil changes and terms of the sale, but I probably won't buy from them again in the future. I do feel bad for the sales guy, because he was very helpful in showing us different cars and options. I don't have a beef with the sales guy, I'd give Gage 10/10, just the overall sales operational process I ended up not appreciating, that wasted my time, caused me to miss an important lunch date, and left me with some buyer's remorse less than a week later. More

Great First Time Experience for Buying Vehicle This was my 1st time working with Roseville Chrysler. Previously, I have used a different dealership for many years and was concerned about working w This was my 1st time working with Roseville Chrysler. Previously, I have used a different dealership for many years and was concerned about working with another dealership. I have been looking for a specific vehicle slightly used for quite sometime I put out the word to my past dealership but also was scanning the internet. I found it on the internet at Roseville Chrysler in the same price range but with considerably lower miles. I stopped in on a Thursday night and met with Gage, he was one of the newest sales people there. He was straight forward, not pushy, knew his product and very helpful a great asset to Roseville. The vehicle was new in their inventory but hadn't gone through detailing and cleaning. Gage told me that, and had it cleaned and detailed when we returned the next morning Before I could make the decision to buy I had to have my wife give the approval. I told Gage of this and said, "I will be back with my wife." Gage informed me he wasn't working that day but coordinated for us to meet with Rich. We returned the next day and Rich knew the background and why I was returning. The vehicle was cleaned and detail like Gage said, and we were able to get a good look at it in the sun. Rich was a pleasure to work with and a seasoned veteran there. We were able to get a better price on the vehicle and it was a fair price for both parties and not the old school back and forth price game. Overall the experience was great and working with Gage and Rich was seamless and not stressful at all. I plan on returning when we need the next vehicle for my youngest. More

They checked tires Brakes and pads for wear they checked the Air filter and the Cabin filter and the showed me the filters and they needed to be replaced. The also topped off all my fluids and checked my lights. thank you to the people who checked out my Chrysler Van. More
