In and out My husband and I switched the service on our Jeep and Ram truck to this dealership. They got me in and out with a car for the day. Typical wheeler and dealer sales tricks Don't initial things to "be on the same page", because they're never on the same page as the buyer, they use that trick to get your buy in to the sale Don't initial things to "be on the same page", because they're never on the same page as the buyer, they use that trick to get your buy in to the sales proces and feel like you owe them, and they have zero intention of staying on the same page as you. Looking back in my mind that seems very under handed. They don't initial anywhere to indicate they're on the same page as you,because they don't care, yet they expect you to honor the numbers they push on you. When you tell them a payment amount you can afford expect them to go over by about $150-$200 after they can't get you the financing they promised and start giving you "deals" on extended warranties and gapp insurance, which they technically did after giving me a payment of $100 over what I told them I was comfortable with. I expect they'll honor the terms of the warranties and oil changes and terms of the sale, but I probably won't buy from them again in the future. I do feel bad for the sales guy, because he was very helpful in showing us different cars and options. I don't have a beef with the sales guy, I'd give Gage 10/10, just the overall sales operational process I ended up not appreciating, that wasted my time, caused me to miss an important lunch date, and left me with some buyer's remorse less than a week later. More
