Good salesmen and price. Horrible detailing job! The salesman, Kyle, was nice. He showed me around the car and went with me on a test drive. During the test drive, he directed me to a very rough stretch of road so I could check the ride. The van had the features I was looking for and the price was good, so I decided to buy it. We shook on the deal and he sent the van back for detailing. When they were done with the detailing the van was parked next to the one I was turning in, so I could transfer my personal stuff. They had filled it with gas and ran it through the car wash and I think that was the extent of what they called detailing. When I got home and started putting my stuff in the storage compartments, I noticed the dash, carpets, and floor mats were clean, but the seats, console, and side walls in the back were dirty and smudged. Looks like they hauled tires around it the back and they left black smudges on the sides of the van walls. The next day I opened the hood to check the oil and discovered the engine bay is filthy. How can a 1 year old van get so much sand in the engine bay? Eveything under the hood is coated with sand, even the underside of the hood. There is also corrosion going on under the hood! I will be calling them tomorrow, Monday, and tell them about it. Hopefully this will get resolved. Anyway, the van I was turning in off of a lease had snow tires on it that I had purchesed, with the rims and all. The service department took those off and put the original rims and tires on, then put my snows in the back of the van that I purchesed. The guys in the service dept were great. More

Excellet People To Work With I have been going to Roseville CJDR since I bought my first Town & Country mini van. I have always been treated with care when dealing with anyone at I have been going to Roseville CJDR since I bought my first Town & Country mini van. I have always been treated with care when dealing with anyone at this dealership. I bought my second T & C mini van in 2011 and I would love to trade it but I love the car so much I just can't deal with trading it in. I do all my service work and repairs at Roseville CJDR also even though there are two CJDR closer. When I was having some service work done recently, I have to call and change my appointment two time and they couldn't have been nicer when dealing with my changes. Since my service was going to take a few hours, they offered to drive me anywhere that I wanted to go but I was fine just staying at the dealership because it is very comfortable there. I had brought a project along that I was going to work on and several employees came over and talked to me which really helped pass the time. I will be back!!! More
