It is not easy for working people to do that and $23.88 for labor when the parts dept. is right there and what, no more than a minute or 2 to screw it in. Talk of highway robbery. More

They even let me know my air and cabin filters were a little dirty but did not warrant being changed yet. Watched the Olympics and had some free/ fresh hot pop corn to boot. Nothing bad to say about my visit all good. It pays to be on their e-mail notification list because I was able to use the coupon that came to me via e-mail $24.99is all it cost me for my visit . Thanks for the wonderful service I received at the service center. Keeps me coming back. More

My Chrysler 300 had a powertrain problem, I brought it to a different dealership twice and they did not fix the problem, I decided to go to Roseville My Chrysler 300 had a powertrain problem, I brought it to a different dealership twice and they did not fix the problem, I decided to go to Roseville Chrysler and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it the first time, my part was on backorder so they gave me a very nice loaner car until the repair was completed, Jake Lanceman, the service advisor, called me on a regular basis to keep me informed on the status of the repair, when I got my car back I was relieved they fixed the problem. I would highly recommend the experienced staff in the service department. More
