Good, but missed the ball with me. I was offered a car while they worked on mine. Great. I voiced a concern over the fact that I have not driven a new car for 10 years. Good salesmen and price. Horrible detailing job! The salesman, Kyle, was nice. He showed me around the car and went with me on a test drive. During the test drive, he directed me to a very rough str The salesman, Kyle, was nice. He showed me around the car and went with me on a test drive. During the test drive, he directed me to a very rough stretch of road so I could check the ride. The van had the features I was looking for and the price was good, so I decided to buy it. We shook on the deal and he sent the van back for detailing. When they were done with the detailing the van was parked next to the one I was turning in, so I could transfer my personal stuff. They had filled it with gas and ran it through the car wash and I think that was the extent of what they called detailing. When I got home and started putting my stuff in the storage compartments, I noticed the dash, carpets, and floor mats were clean, but the seats, console, and side walls in the back were dirty and smudged. Looks like they hauled tires around it the back and they left black smudges on the sides of the van walls. The next day I opened the hood to check the oil and discovered the engine bay is filthy. How can a 1 year old van get so much sand in the engine bay? Eveything under the hood is coated with sand, even the underside of the hood. There is also corrosion going on under the hood! I will be calling them tomorrow, Monday, and tell them about it. Hopefully this will get resolved. Anyway, the van I was turning in off of a lease had snow tires on it that I had purchesed, with the rims and all. The service department took those off and put the original rims and tires on, then put my snows in the back of the van that I purchesed. The guys in the service dept were great. More
