Rude salesman My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership yesterday and if it wasn't for the vehicle itself we would have went somewhere else. I called and spoke with Gage a salesperson and was very please with his customer service and my husband spoke with Mo and received dismal service so we wanted to deal with Gage and made an appointment with him well when we got to the dealership we were told we would be meeting with Mo. He treated us like we were not valued customers and although we came in with financing he did not ask anything about our price range and wasted a lot of our time working out a "deal" with the manager and did not find out anything about our needs and wants it was about him. We were not offered any incentives with our purchase and he didn't even offer his card to us. We picked up our vehicle and told him we were headed out of town and he assured us our vehicle was detailed and ready for our trip which was a lie we get on the road and find the wiper fluid was completely empty and our mats that were in the truck the day before were now gone. The so called detail was a quick wipe down of the interior. I also happened to be on a 3 way call with my previous lien holder and Mo and he was extremely rude to them without cause. It's a good thing we don't have MO's card bc we will not recommend anyone experience what we did. More

2017 Jeep We have been driving through Jeep dealership lots on weekends and looking at websites (since early March, 2017), just to see what is out there. We visited the dealership on a Saturday, we were still just looking. Kyle greeted us, we told him what we had in mind. He selected a Jeep from the lot, and another from the North lot. We drove both Jeeps, and found that we liked one over the other. We left the dealership knowing the price, but not completely 'in love' with the Jeep that was available. Being a Sams Club member, we went on-line and entered info and got info on 2 other dealerships in the area. We communicated via email with Kyle and one of the dealerships. The other dealership found a Jeep like what we thought we wanted, only to be told that we needed to pay 100% of the price before they would get the Jeep so that we could test drive it. On Thursday we called Kyle and asked if he was working and that we would like to meet with him again. We took the email info into Kyle and asked if he could get the Jeep and match the price...We are now the owners of that Jeep! Thank you! More
