Great service, Great price I've had wonderful experience with this dealership's service team. When it came time to buy my next car I went to them. I met Doug, told him what I I've had wonderful experience with this dealership's service team. When it came time to buy my next car I went to them. I met Doug, told him what I was looking for and he had the right car pulled up for the test drive in minutes. When it came time to get lease financing they made the experience fast and pain free with an online application. I told Doug what I wanted the monthly payMent to be and he made sure I got me the car I wanted at the price I asked for. Signing only took 30 minutes! Quick and Easy I found what I wanted on their website and they were very helpful. I drove home in a 2016 Nissan Sentra, my first new car. It was my first time meeting Bruce he helped answered all my questions and then some. My needs were met and my finances were carefully looked over. If your questioning getting a new vehicle I would definitely recommend going to Roseville Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. Rude salesman My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership yesterday and if it wasn't for the vehicle itself we would have went somewhere else. I calle My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership yesterday and if it wasn't for the vehicle itself we would have went somewhere else. I called and spoke with Gage a salesperson and was very please with his customer service and my husband spoke with Mo and received dismal service so we wanted to deal with Gage and made an appointment with him well when we got to the dealership we were told we would be meeting with Mo. He treated us like we were not valued customers and although we came in with financing he did not ask anything about our price range and wasted a lot of our time working out a "deal" with the manager and did not find out anything about our needs and wants it was about him. We were not offered any incentives with our purchase and he didn't even offer his card to us. We picked up our vehicle and told him we were headed out of town and he assured us our vehicle was detailed and ready for our trip which was a lie we get on the road and find the wiper fluid was completely empty and our mats that were in the truck the day before were now gone. The so called detail was a quick wipe down of the interior. I also happened to be on a 3 way call with my previous lien holder and Mo and he was extremely rude to them without cause. It's a good thing we don't have MO's card bc we will not recommend anyone experience what we did. More
