My Experience wasn't good the first appt that I had. I came in for a Oil change, and Tire Rotation. Days after I experienced, "Knocking" in the rear of my vehicle. I bought it back in and Jake, (the servi came in for a Oil change, and Tire Rotation. Days after I experienced, "Knocking" in the rear of my vehicle. I bought it back in and Jake, (the service worker) told me that the Lug Nuts weren't tighten from my previous appt. Jake had the service worker's correct the problem, and tighten up the Lug Nuts. So the 2nd appt went much SAFER, & BETTER then the first. Thanks Jake for being such a caring employee to the customers. More

I was not satisfied with the length of test drive on my vehicle. There was no way they could’ve concluded that my vehicle had no issues on a 2 mile drive.
