I had a great experience, the only thing I feel was I got low balled on my trade in. They told me they would only be able to sell it for 3k to 4K more than what I got. I see it’s selling for 7k more. It was challenging because of the leadership at Chrysler Dave Cox went to the battlefield over his Regional Manger to do the right thing.
