Ram 1500 Purchase Roseville RAM won my loyalty with its servicing of my last pickup. Its service consultants worked hard to fit me in whenever something went wrong wit Roseville RAM won my loyalty with its servicing of my last pickup. Its service consultants worked hard to fit me in whenever something went wrong with my 2014 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel. Other dealers would take weeks to get me in because of the diesel. When the engine needed servicing they identified any way of getting the problem taken care of under any applicable warranties (the diesel had a number of them available because of the emissions scandal) without me having to even ask. They also worked hard to get me into a loaner and get me in and out in as little time as possible. The experience was so good, not only did I buy another RAM, I wouldn't have gone to any other RAM dealer for my purchase. The sales experience with Gage was just as smooth. I would give these guys my highest recommendation. More
I was shocked when the offered to pickup my car for an oil change. I’ve been trying for a week to find time to get into the shop but they were too busy. Good Service, Lack of Communication was Frustrating I will preface this with; under the current circumstances, I can understand the changes but was still frustrated with the customer service. When I made my appointment online, I selected a shuttle as I was going to drop off during lunch and pick up later in the day, as I had done multiple times before. Unfortunately, I was not informed that they had to lay off their shuttle drivers and ExpressLube staff until after I had already handed over my vehicle. I wasn't given a time estimate for how long it would be before the service would be complete. I arrived early for my appointment, but my car didn't go in for service until 30 minutes after my appointment time. It wasn't completed for another 45 minutes, so I was late back to work, just a quick "Hey, we are running a bit behind work will take about an hour" would have been just a helpful step so I could have coordinated a ride from a co-worker. I appreciate the text feature; however, it is not always monitored, and response times can vary. With all that said, I am pleased with the work that was done and will go back. I will just have to be more proactive! More

This dealership is hand down one the best I fill everything out on line and the next day we went in and picked out the truck and car we wanted in and out with in 20 mins.
