My wife and I came into Roseville looking to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee after having first gone to Coon Rapids Chrysler where they didn't seem to care about whether we bought a car and weren't making logical offers. At Roseville, we were met by Ricky (Richard) who immediately started asking questions to determine what we did and didn't want. He quickly located a vehicle that met our requirements. He asked what we wanted in terms of price and lease payments to make the deal. I gave him the same criteria that was rejected by Coon Rapids Chrysler for an identical Jeep. 5 minutes later he was back with the deal ok'd. We had been there for 15 minutes and got exactly what we wanted. From there it was just waiting on paperwork and for them to prep the vehicle. No hassles, no stress, and a wife who's very happy with her new Jeep. More
