Good Job Had a leaking rear engine seal. Took two days to repair ( Fri & Sat). It got done but was very expensive. Before the service just had synthetic o Had a leaking rear engine seal. During the procedure drained the synthetic oil and tossed it and refilled with crappy regular oil. That was an additional $80 loss. Work was done as estimated and on time. More

Happy to have changed out my vehicle I had been contemplating for a while about getting a new vehicle, even though the one I had was brand new, because it couldn't handle winter weather. My civic would swerve, couldn't make it up the driveway with all the ice, and after having to call a tow truck to drag it 3 feet, I finally decided it was time. I met with Eric, whom my mom was able to reach out to when she visited. I decided to try an SUV. I was happy that Eric was honest. He showed me the Carfax, he stayed later than expected past closing time to answer my questions, test drive and make a follow-up for the next morning. I asked him between two vehicles what he would recommend. A lot of my friends said not to get an outlander, however, one of my girlfriends indicated it was definitely a smart choice. Instead of getting a high mileage jeep that could go on forever, and maybe would have been smaller to drive, but had the power to get me past my hurdle of winter driving, I am liking the Outlander. Eric was informative, honest and enjoyed how he made my visit to where I did not have to go from dealership to dealership. Numbers were great, and he knew how to help me car shop. I would give everything a 5. I didn't think people were rude or disrespectful. I was nervous about it at first, but I can safely say that if you want to trade your vehicle, this would be a great place to go to. Ask for Eric. More
