Next, I was told that my credit rating was lower than what it actually was, thereby receiving a higher interest rate. I found this out the day after the purchase when my credit union called to tell me that they noticed a check for a down payment on a vehicle to your dealership, and that they had not seen the loan offered to another bank or credit union. They stated that they could do better on an interest rate and would like to offer me a loan. They also explained that my credit rating was higher than what was stated at the dealership. I was also told that I could get a soft top for my Wrangler at cost, but found that was also not true. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from your dealership and feel that I was not treated honestly. More
