Easy transaction I found this dealership online. I did not realize how large the dealership was (I am from Maryland) until I got there. Due to the online reference I k I found this dealership online. After a test drive and some negotiating, I had made a great deal with a great dealership! My salesman (Eric Gorbitz) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and willing to work with me on the price! Eric was there throughout the whole process! Rich Fagley in the financial department seemed over selling of the "used car extended warranty". But after I insisted that I did not want it, he was a pleasure to deal with. In closing, I would definitely buy another used or new car from them again! More

We thought maybe they would have a $1000 beater car to hold us to tax time. Brooks said they didn't have anything like that but said let's see what we can finance for you. Laughing we said good luck with that but we can always try. He ran a check an we qualified. Knowing that we couldn't afford a $10,000 plus vehicle we, he took a great deal of time finding us a quality vehicle that we could afford. Brooks and the finance department did a great job with financing and and other perks. After such a great experience, I will never get another car anywhere else. Brooks is a very honest sales person. My wife and I both purch I wanted to take a few minutes and relate our recent car buying experience at Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown PA. My wife and I both purchased new cars (she a Mitsubishi, and I, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited), and we were more than pleased with the whole experience. We both have pretty crazy schedules and neither of us knew exactly what we wanted, only that we both needed new cars. When we explained to our Salesman Eric Gorbitz and General Manager Alfie Yannatelli that we needed the time and space to make a selection from their ample inventory, they were both extremely accommodating, letting us come back several times and test drive several vehicles each time without any pressure to buy or nagging phone calls later. They were always pleasant, always had everything ready and waiting for us when we came in, and never pushy like you would expect a typical car salesman to be. When it came time to talk price, that was easy too. I personally believe that a good deal is a fair deal for everyone, and they offered us what I considered to be a good price for each vehicle the first time. No back and forth. No bickering. I saved some money and they made some money which enables them to stay in business, provide jobs, pay taxes, and make fair deals for others. Everyone wins and nobody looses. To sum it up, we had a really enjoyable car buying experience, we love our new vehicles, and we made some new friends in Eric and Alfie. Exceeded expectations around every corner I was looking for a used audi and needed help financing it. after looking several places i gave D'Ambrosio a try. Here is the timeline: 230pm I was looking for a used audi and needed help financing it. after looking several places i gave D'Ambrosio a try. Here is the timeline: 230pm Monday-i called and spoke to Richy Schepps and told him my situation, and he assured me they could help and told me to come down. 530pm Monday-i arrive at the dealership and richy took me to Bob Holmes, who would be my sales associate. 745pm Monday-they got me approved for financing and began the paperwork, during which, the let me look the car over in more detail outside. 830pm Monday-i put my john hancock on the last bit of paperwork and was out the door and driving my newly purchased car home. 6 hours is all it took!!! and that includes some commute time too. Being my first "dealer" purchased vehicle, i was impressed to say the least, at Bob's ability to help me out and "get it done". Mr. Holmes was attentive, and knowledgeable, of any question i could throw at him. and nice as xxxx too. even during some of the "waiting game" stuff that everyone must endure at a dealership, we made chit-chat and talked about random things. He felt like a friend i've known a while. A+ sales person in my book. Anyone would be so lucky to have this guy put you in a new or used vehicle. but it doesnt stop there.... ... and this next part goes to both Bob Holmes and the D'Ambrosio Auto Group for their prompt and professional service for both me and my car. about a week after i had my car, it started having a problem (hey guys, new or used, its a machine, and things happen to machines - nature of the beast i suppose). but i called Bob and told him my problem and he told me to bring it in. had it there the next day and said they wanna keep it for the day cuz the service department was busy (it was unscheduled on my part) so they gave me a rental to take home. they got it in that day and fixed the problem and i was back in my car the next day. no hassles, quick service, and best of all, i really havent had a problem since. now THAT'S customer service!. I heard lots of people over the years talk about how great D'Ambrosio is, this whole experience just set it in stone for me. Thanks again Bob, for making my first dealer experience a great one. and thanks to the service center guys who fixed my car. More
