We learned quickly that it was his first day and his first sale. How special this whole process became. Adam listened to our concerns and our wants. The sales staff rallied around Adam and helped out when he asked. All of our questions were answered. It was hard to believe this was his first sale. His knowledge of the vehicles in stock and the particulars of each was beyond impressive. When you buy a vehicle here you deal with so many individuals and they are are eager to help. There was no pressure to buy just to help us get what we wanted and in a payment we could afford. I was informed that since it was Adam's first sale the buyer should cut his tie in half for GOOD LUCK! At the conclusion of the sale and as Adam handed us our keys I was handed scissors and I cut his tie in half. I assured Adam I would return with this piece of tie in a few years for my next vehicle and will bring along a sewing kit. Good Luck Adam and happy selling! I loved, not only his knowledge of the product, but the time he took to explain the difference in models so that I could make a educated decision on my purchase. I also had the privilege of meeting Alfie who was so kind in explaining financing options and just an over all nice guy! I felt like I was part of the family by the time I left.
