Great Experience! Yesterday I went to Jeff D'Ambrosio looking to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new one. I made a surprise visit to Richy and within an hour or two, Yesterday I went to Jeff D'Ambrosio looking to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new one. I made a surprise visit to Richy and within an hour or two, he had me driving a car home to show my husband because he knew I had 5 kids and it was nearly impossible between the kids and my husbands work schedule for both of us to get out there within the next couple of days. He also knew i was in a little bit of a rush because my kids were going to be home from school at a certain time and I needed to leave. Long and short, my experience with Richy on a scale from 1-10 was a 10. I enjoyed his upbeat attitude, his realistic view and opinion on the deal and the fact that he's a straight shooter and didn't sugar coat anything (after all, I don't have time for unrealistic options). Last night I drove away in my brand new Chrysler 200 with the monthly payment and interest rate that I was looking for and couldn't be happier! Thanks Richy! More
