Since my purchase, 3 months ago, Joe has called me once a month to ensure everything is satisfactory and to inquire if he can do anything further to assist me with my purchase. I stopped by with a couple questions and a personal hands-on 'lesson' on how to take parts off of my new Jeep one afternoon a month after my purchase. Joe not only immediately stopped what he was working on to assist me when he could have been potentially selling vehicles to other customers, but literally rolled up his sleeves and walked me through every question I had until I felt satisfied and my questions were answered. He called me several days after to check back in and, again, asked me to come in whenever I needed at my convenience. Our sales associated, Jack, greeted us in a very friendly and caring manner and listened to our needs and car-buying goals. He worked with us to find just the right vehicle at a great price. We absolutely love our new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! He stayed with us every step of the way making sure our trade-in vehicle was assessed, making sure the vehicle we were considering was the right "fit" for us, taking us on a test drive, explaining the various options, helping us to understand the pricing and finance options, right up until he waved good-bye as we drove off in our new car. We never felt pressured or hurried. The sales manager was helpful, and the person in the business office was also extremely friendly and helpful as he talked to us about warranty and insurance options. We even saw Jeff, himself, while we were there who also extended his congratulations to us on our new purchase. We were so pleased and satisfied with the level of customer services at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group that we would give this dealership our highest possible rating. Great Experience, Always Friendly and Respectful I did a lot of car research on prices and vehicles before ever entering into a dealership and am also an engineer. I wanted to test out a 2015 Mitsubi I did a lot of car research on prices and vehicles before ever entering into a dealership and am also an engineer. I wanted to test out a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in both the 2.0L and 2.4L models. Jack was the first guy I interacted with when I walked into the dealer. He was very friendly and allowed me to make the test drives into what I wanted them to be. After deciding that I liked the car I was driving in both variations, we started negotiations. Mid-way into the negotiations, Doug became involved. While our negotiations took a good portion of the afternoon, both Jack and Doug remained very respectful and collected, and by the end of it, I'm confident that they offered me the best deal they were able to. This was also verified by truecar.com, and at the time beat ebay listings of the 2015 outlander similarly equipped . While both Doug and Jack were good salesmen, they weren't pushy, and remained patient while I gathered some last minute facts as their offers arrived on various vehicles. I had a very positive experience with these two gentlemen, and would recommend them to friends or family in the area looking for a car. More
