Horrible customer service. Words cannot describe how displeased I am with the service at D'Ambrosio Jeep. I brought in my 2012 Jeep Liberty for a rattle noise in the horn pad wh Words cannot describe how displeased I am with the service at D'Ambrosio Jeep. I brought in my 2012 Jeep Liberty for a rattle noise in the horn pad when turning. Had to drop it off for the day which is fine, I work right down the street, but no courtesy shuttle was offered. After the vehicle sits there all day and me calling numerous times for an update- I had no update or finally after talking to someone- "they werent able to duplicate the problem." OK no charge vehicle is under warranty- but the nature of their tone of voice-was absolutely rediculous. It seemed like they didnt care about their customer at all, like he had no idea what he was even talking about or what my concern was. I've heard many negative things about this dealership, from friends, coworkers, family-even when we went to look at a used Jeep I wasn't happy and ended up going to Anthony D'Ambrosio to buy my vehicle. None the less-I took my Jeep to another dealer- they found the issue within an hour of me sitting there and waiting with it (with my 3mo old son)--ordered the part and sent me on my way. I will tell all my friends/family/co-workers to stay far away from this dealership. Even if my vehicle broke down in their lot I would pay a tow bill so they never touch it. I rate them a -0. More

Edgar Floyd greeted me and conducted a very professional and personable sales effort. Alfie Yannatelli, Sales Mgr, was also extremely professional and personalized the sale. Edgar and Alfie provided me with all of the information, test drive, and financial negotiation I needed to decide on a new 2014 Fiat 500L. As with my first experience at this dealership, everyone was cooperative, friendly, and professional throughout. They simplified the process as much as possible and assisted me in driving away in a beautiful new Fiat. Great Dealership, Friendly Sales Force I bought a brand new Fiat 500L from this dealership. I looked at about 3 other dealerships in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area and this one was by f I bought a brand new Fiat 500L from this dealership. I looked at about 3 other dealerships in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area and this one was by far the best place to go. They worked out an amazing deal and we're honest from the very beginning. I did most of the negotiating prior to visiting them. Alfie and Keith were very friendly, made sure I got the best deal possible, and made my first time car buying experience great. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Fiat. The other dealerships couldn't match the price they gave us. We absolutely love our Fiat. Thanks again! More

I was skeptical about driving in, but boy am I glad that I did!.... although they were really busy, they were courteous and attentive. Bob was able to get me a great deal on a New Chrysler and I can't express our extreme satisfaction... The secretary restocked the coffee area and showed pride in the showroom. Will definitely return! Just got a new 2014 Fiat 500L from Edgar yesterday at Fiat of Downingtown and everyone in the team was great! They got me a fantastic deal, and Edgar was straight up and honest the entire time.
