I sincerely believe that my hapiness came first, and the bottom line was a distant second. Usually when a salesman says "Let me talk to my manager", it's the kiss of death. When Lenny came to the desk to talk to me, I felt like he was the head coach, and he was telling me to put all my faith in his QB and his team.
