The staff was very helpful, stayed later than closing time and made sure we understood what we were buying. Alan and Edgar explained in detail the difference between the Lounge and Sport models and deli time and made sure we understood what we were buying. I appreciate Dave's help trying to get us to the car payment we were comfortable with. I don't know the approach your sales associate are taught to deliver, but we could have used a little more information and help deciding whether to enter into another lease or whether to buy. We were in the market to lease another vehicle and that was our initial intent, but felt there was no room for negotiating a lower monthly payment. We had a pretty fixed number in mind as we try to not overspend and we try to be responsible buyers. I felt there was not much room for flexibility in this area. Dave did his best with getting us the price quotes. We were just surprised at how non-negotiable the quotes were. We would have enjoyed being showed other options on what to lease to maybe broaden our understanding of what was in our price range. We do understand your no hassle policy, but would have benefited by getting some ideas of other oprtions. Rather than get into another lease we purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen and we absolutely love it. Previously we have leased/purchased cars from Courtest Chrysler in Coatesville and have been thrilled with the service. We have also had our cars serviced at D'Ambrosio Downingtown and have been very happy. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. We have been loyal customers for about 10 years now and plan on coming back. More

I rated overall experience 4/5 only because when driving the used vehicle home, I noticed a possible problem with the transmission that I will need to take back and have the service center look at.
