dave baldwin has been our salesperson for years, because he does such excellence job and we bought our 19 year old son for his first car. Dave was an outstanding member of the sales staff. He walked us through our car buying experience. He didn't start out with selling us on a car, he was down to Earth and explored the financial aspect of our purchase before all that (which many dealers and sales people wait on). Price of the vehicle was good, can't say great; but, honestly no price is "great" in this economy. What I can say is the price was good, not totally out of the ballpark but a solid ground ball into the far left feild corner. We would buy and recommend, him and the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown, PA, again. More

While I had found a vehicle off the website originally, Bob did not give up in searching for the Outlander that I had originally requested. Throughout the search, Bob did present us with alternatives, carefully listening to our need and wants. About to give up on the search, Bob was able to locate the car and now sits nicely in our garage. Bob, goes the distance - making the necessary phones calls and pulls all his strings to ensure we were able to take the car home. I am appreciative of Bob's efforts and the D'Ambrosio organization. With dealerships this large, customers tend to be a number, a sale, but with Bob, we were as if he was helping family.
