I was thinking of trading in my 2010 Outlander - Bruce let me test drive several different vehicles until I ended up falling for the new model of Outl I was thinking of trading in my 2010 Outlander - Bruce let me test drive several different vehicles until I ended up falling for the new model of Outlander. He knew the exact version I wanted (with all the features in the color I liked best) was being shipped to the dealership, so I just had to wait a couple weeks. In that time, I ended up breaking both my legs in a nasty fall. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the new car I was so excited about, but Bruce and the dealership were MORE than accommodating! Bruce did as much as he could over the phone, came out to my house to complete the rest of the paperwork, and even delivered the car to me, so it wasn't just sitting on the lot. The sales manager, Alfie, was also incredibly helpful, making me such a great deal! Everyone at the dealership was so wonderful and patient with this unorthodox situation - I will always go back to Bruce, and will send all my friends and family to him for their next vehicle! More

It started with Stephen in internet sales who set up our appt. and introduced us to Anthony Vega. Anthony was Great...no pressure and answered all our questions. He knew we were surprising our daughter with the car on her 21st birthday and made sure everything would be perfect including the BOW on top!
