I purchased my 2003 GMC Sonoma from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Oxford, PA in early 2004 & have them perform all of the service on my Sonoma as well as my S10 (truck I owned immediately before the Sonoma). They are knowledgeable & always courteous, taking time to explain problems, the reason(s) the problems occur, things I can do to prevent reoccurence of the problem & recommended solutions to me. They are honest, telling me when some service operation needs to be performed vs. whether it can wait. They are also proactive with such things as tire rotations so I don't need to keep track of these things. I give them the highest rating &, when it comes time to replace my Sonoma, will certainly visit them first. More
