The service writers are very personable and accommodating however they are sabotaged by the shop which is run by a customer hostile service manager whose lack of basic automotive knowledge is quite stunning. You're probably safe going there for oil changes and other simple service but don't expect much more than that. I'm very glad I didn't buy my last two VW's there ( I have four)

purchased brand new 2015 sport outlander mitsubishi all wheel drive. car is just one year old, i have 12,000 miles. every tire is worn on outer edge,, took back to jeff dambrosio service manager said that i have SOFT tires, ????? what i never heard of this in my life. i have purchased other new cars in my life never had worn tires less than a year.. i also purchased a extened warrranty fo rpremier tire and rim..why would purchase a 850.00 on junk tires..?? i contacted joe dambrosio he doesnt care ,, contacted mitusbishi motors they dont care.. i am contacting the better business bureau and my attorney.. please use caution when you go to this dealer!!!! i had to wait over three hours when they looked at my tires.

I walked out too my car at 4:00 after work recently. And saw my front tire was completly flat. I immediatly called over too the service department at vw. Andrew answered and advised me that if i made it over before 5:00pm , they would be able too help me. All said and done. They had me in and out in no time at an inexpensive cost. Andrew was a pleasure too deal with. Will certanly recommend the service department too all my co workers!

I brought my golf R to Jeff dambrosio for some routine maintenance. The service manager Brian Iovino was very helpful and friendly. He is a vw enthusiast and understands what I expect when I bring my car in . Their pricing was fair and my service was completed in a reasonable time. I will continue to bring my car to brian.

"Service would be awesome if you provided FREE loaners."

I ended up going with a closer VW dealership because D'Ambrosio would not provide a free loaner. My engine light came on and the gentleman said it could take anywhere from 30 min to a couple of days. This is unfortunate and definitely a deal breaker when choosing where we buy our next car.

"Took 2006 VW Passat into Jeff's VW service for noise in..."

Took 2006 VW Passat into Jeff's VW service for noise in the front wheels. They originally said it was the ty-rods and the one side would need to be replaced. After the $350 service the noise was still there. Then they said it was the tires, so I bought 2 brand new tires to see if there was a difference. The problem was still there and they said it was probably an alignment issue. After complaining to them about there work they did the alignment for free. Well, it still didn't fix the problem. We decided to take it to K&S auto in Frazer, Pa. They said the bearing was bad in the one wheel and fixed it for $300. After calling JEFF D's VW service multiple times to tell them of the problem, There service advisor would not return our calls and pretty much thought we would go away. I will never take another car to get serviced there. As you can see by my experience, they are a 2nd rate outfit, at least the VW part. I am posting here to make sure other people are aware of this and to be prepared if they do decide to use them.
