5000 miles check up I took my 2016 Tacoma in for a schedule 5000 miles check up, which is supposed to include a tire rotation. I also was having problems with condensation from the ac. According to their service Dept there was nothing wrong with the ac, and I didn't get a tire rotation either. I did bring that up with them, and was told I didn't tell them I wanted a rotation. All vehicles get a tire rotation at the 5000 mile check, otherwise it voids tire warranty. They kept my truck for 8hrs, they had more than enough time to do a complete check. I will not be buying from them again. More
Poor Service I took my car in for a recall and the engine light was on. They basically charged me $292 to replace the gas cap and flash the computer to get rid of I took my car in for a recall and the engine light was on. They basically charged me $292 to replace the gas cap and flash the computer to get rid of the code. When they called they said it needed 1. An evap leak repair. 2. The o2 sensor flashed and 3. A new gas cap. Two days later the engine light came back on, when I took it in and complained they said the gas cap was loose. I had not been to a gas station and the cap had not been removed. When I asked about the evap leak repair they said it was the gas cap that caused the leak. An independent mechanic checked it and said it was the charcoal canister under the gas tank that was causing the code. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More
Service I took my car in for repair to replace a fuse that cost $30 and walked out with a $550 bill. We were told that they charge $130 per hour for labor so it apparently took 4 plus hours to switch a fuse. When I picked up my car I went inside to pay at the counter and was given my keys. I walked outside thinking that that my car was going to be out front, it was not there so I went back inside and asked if they knew where my car was. They lady got up walked me out the door and pointed to the parking lot near service that had probably about 6 rows of cars as well as a gated area and told me it would be somewhere out there and to go look that she had no idea. She then turned around and walked inside. I will NEVER go back to this Toyota dealership. I would recommend traveling to another Toyota dealership (maybe Temple or Killeen) or finding another local repair person to service your vehicle. I was very disappointed with my whole experience. More
Horrible at locating a problem and a waste of time Took my Tundra in because of a strange noise from the rear. They seemed friendly and took my truck in to find out the problem. A day later they said they found the problem to be the front left shock external reservoir from my aftermarket shocks were rubbing against the frame and . I knew it was a lie to begin with cause I check them often and watched how the shop I took it to install them. Plus the front left shock would not make a noise at the rear of a truck either. These people do not know how to fix vehicle or much less identify the problem with one. This is by far the worst Toyota dealership service I have came across. More

The advisor Joey was rude and told me the noise was just breaks. Left contact Joeys supervisor his name i cannot remember but he was just as rude. I was wanting to buy a new tundra from there but with that type of professionalism it stopped me. More
I just left the service department of Jeff Hunter Toyota. Wow, I had no appointment and these guys took care of me in less than 30 minutes. Me and my son went to get an estimate on some damage done to his headlight,hood and bumper due to a car accident. We wanted only to get the busted headlight fixed for right now so he could be able to drive i to his headlight,hood and bumper due to a car accident. He asked is there any insurance involed no the insurance going to pay for this.This was going out of pocket pay. He went and looked at headlamp come back in and said we will not be able to fix it. He asked the other there look at to make sure he came to the same conclusion. They didnt bother lifting up the hood to look inside were it was pushed in a little to see if there damage inside.The hood is curled underneath a little but capable of beening opened with no problem. They didnt bother to give me estimate on the rest of the damage. It seems to me as soon as I said NO INSURANCE involed they didnt want to be bothered. MY Sons car is a 2006 Scion which they sell a Toyota brand. I would not even bother buying vechile from them if they cant even fix there own brand of cars. I will never go back to them again. More
My wife went in to have her fj service and three and a half hours of waiting she finally got her fj back. It was not that my wife got there at the last minute of the day, she got there right after they open, but she left there in tears. More
