I can't say enough about Dale. I had a hard to detect problem with a leaking fuel injector and Dale made it a point to get to the bottom of it and get it resolved for me. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Escalade ESV from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Not only was the vehicle a cadillac certified pre-owned, but it also came with a Motor Trend warranty as well. Mike and the Jeff Schmitt team were very knowledgable about everything including the warranty service. I appreciated working with a person who was also very honest. Too many times you go to a dealership and feel like you are being pressured by "slick" car salesman, but I didn't feel that way here. Overall my buying experience was great, Mike Jackson and the Jeff Schmitt team did a very good job working with me to get a great price. Another thing that I thought was very cool about buying a car here is the service department. When I was test driving the vehicle I was asked to park in the garage area when I returned so I could meet the service department managers, also Mike's idea.
