We had a great experience working with Seth. We went into the lot (NOT thinking of buying), to look at small suvs like the equinox or traverse. We had a growing family and we needed the room. I am one of those buyer's that's not interested in adding anymore exspence to the bottom line of the purchase pric Grody in the financial department. I am one of those buyer's that's not interested in adding anymore exspence to the bottom line of the purchase price of a new car but in this case Kelly was so knowledgeable of the advantage of adding a extended warranty and the Easycare program that Jeff schmitt offers. I was always the one that thought i would never use this crap. Well i have had my new Silverado for 4 months and already have lost a set of keys, Stopped by service with my Easycare card and in 30 minutes i had a new fob and key. If i had to pay it would of been $204.00. This is why they say use it once and it pays for itself. I'm a believer now, I have roadside assistance, dent coverage, key replacement, etch's glass and several other things that really make you feel as there's nothing that could go wrong that's not covered.
