We brought our 2017 Equinox in due to a check engine light issue. We have an extended warranty that we purchased with the vehicle in 2020, but were not sure if the issue would be covered. We were a bit light issue. We have an extended warranty that we purchased with the vehicle in 2020, but were not sure if the issue would be covered. We were a bit apprehensive about the cost of the repairs, especially at a dealership, but our service advisor, Ryan Sanders, assured us he would “go to bat for us” when he contacted the warranty claims department. It was a huge relief when we heard from Ryan the very next day that the repairs would be covered and completed that same day! He was even able to convince the warranty company to cover an additional part that had not yet failed, but the possibility of it failing soon was highly likely. That’s the kind of honesty and integrity you hope you’re going to get when you hand over the keys for repairs on your vehicle, but you never know who you can trust. After this experience, we are even more confident that we can trust the service team at Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet in Fairborn and it is highly likely that we will keep coming back. They were supposed to rotate my tires and fix the slow leak in my left front tire. They informed me my tire was good, when in fact, it still has a slow leak, and they did not rotate the tires because the leak in my left front tire. They informed me my tire was good, when in fact, it still has a slow leak, and they did not rotate the tires because the same tire with the slow leak is still in the same place, the front left, I will be calling them tomorrow and complaining until they get it fixed More

Since then I have had my car serviced at this location and have worked with Abby Shoemaker every time. She has always been courteous and friendly. She's also willing to listen to any problems or concerns I'm having with my car and provide any insight. She doesn't make me feel like any question I ask is dumb or ridiculous. I would highly recommend this dealership. I've been to the Miamisburg location out of convenience and received terrible service. More

There is no proof that there was anything even done . As far as I can tell the overpriced technician didn't even get out his expensive tools . He just stated that the problem could be spark plugs .I don't recommend this dealership Jeff Schmitt and my family, friends and self will not be going back . in my opinion they have poor customer service and dishonest practices. So if you want to spend $100 just for them too look at your car and you tell what it could be. Then want too charge $250.00 too change just spark plugs. This is your place. GOOD LUCK! I know better mechanics and dealerships. More
