Cat was so much fun to talk to as was Jay! I had a great experience here. At first I wasn't sure I wanted to get my car through them as they didn't want to come down in price, but Jay assured me he wanted experience here. My initial visit took much longer than I would've liked. I was there for an hour and a half and got only a few price quotes I went over to Matt Castrucci and they gave me better pricing and it only took me about 15 minutes before I had a great deal.. I called Jay and informed him I was going to go with Castrucci. He asked me to give him a chance to make things right...and did he ever. He honored his word and beat their quote right there over the phone. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the general friendly atmosphere at Jeff Schmitt. At the end of the day I was really taken care of and I know without a doubt I made the right choice. I have never had so much fun car shopping. Cat was such a great person and a great salesman. I had a few questions after my purchase and I called Cat and she answered all of my questions promptly. I cannot wait to come back and see the people at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. As an added bonus, they offer some free perks and are a Motor Trend dealership which is pretty cool! I will have no qualms about taking my car to them if it ever needs work! Thank you Cat and Jay! I love my new Mazda! (by the way her name is Skyler!) Brian in the financial department was also a pleasure to work with. He took me through all of the papers pretty fast and it was a painless process. Do yourself a favor and head over to Jeff Schmitt people! I promise it's worth it. More

Car buying can be a chore, even dreadful at times. I am pleased to write that was not the case with Cat and Karma at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Both friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all NO PRESSURE. We were able to work out a great deal on exactly the car we wanted and the financing was a breeze. We shopped 3 other Mazda dealers prior to our visit and it will never cease to amaze me how some sales people survive with the way they treat people. We had been car shopping for several days when we stumbled across Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Although it was about an hour before closing time on a week night when we introduced ourselves to Zach, our sales stumbled across Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Although it was about an hour before closing time on a week night when we introduced ourselves to Zach, our sales rep, he took us on a test drive and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed in any way. Once we had made the decision to purchase, all the other staff members were very courteous and friendly, even though we kept them working long past their normal hours. The used Mazda3 we purchased was an excellent value and we highly recommend this dealership and its staff. More

I had been looking at Mazda 3 for quite a while and almost purchased from a dealership in Cincinnati - but that dealership increased the price once it came down to final negotiation. They ticked me off so much that I searched for the same car with the same features available from other dealerships and that is how I found Jeff Schmitt. I started my transaction with Jeff Schmitt through an online chat. I had a very pleasant electronic exchange with Angie and she confirmed the Internet price posted is indeed the price the dealership. This was very important to me because of my experience in Cincinnati. I arranged a time to visit the dealership to test drive the car. Before I got there, I applied for financing online through their website. When I got there, Reggie Jackson greeted me and took me to where the car was waiting for me. It had a reserved sign in the window with my name. I test drove it without any employees in the car and knew it was the one I wanted. I was ready to purchase, but the dealership wasn't ready to sell. Not sure what took so long,but I had to wait for hours and the dealership had no record of my online credit application. I expected the combination of my appointment and online credit application to speed things up. I finally had to track down Reggie to let him know that I couldn't wait around any longer. He apologized and allowed me to sign an agreement to the sales price and my trade in price - and gave $500 deposit to hold the car until the next day. My guess is that Reggie is one of the top sales guys and was helping everyone. Not sure why they don't work in teams and help people out when there is such a delay. In addition, where was his boss? The sales manger should be managing sales....but he wasn't managing mine. Everyone wanted to offer me a beverage, but nobody wanted to finalize the deal.,To be honest, I almost walked out. I had to drive back there the next day and was able to finalize the transaction,but again.....it took way longer than it should have. After the paperwork was finalized, Reggie sat in the car and did a tutorial of all the car's features and made certain I was comfortable with the car before I drove off. A few days later, Reggie called me to see how I was doing with the car and to make sure I was still happy. I appreciate him taking the time after the sale was completed to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase. I recommend this dealership- but make sure your schedule is clear for a few days and don't bother applying for credit online. I still don't know what happened to my application. It makes me very nervous that my ssn is floating around in cyberspace. If you do go, ask for Reggie. He will work with you to make sure it is a win win transaction. But again, don't plan on a quick transaction even if you already know what you want, what you will pay and what you expect for your trade in. If the dealership would have been more efficient and not required me to return the second day, I would rate my overall score much higher. More
