David looked and acted so unprofessional. If we didn't have to have the car that day we would have left. He wasn't straight forward with the price. MY EXPERIENCE WITH REGGIE JACKSON WAS GREAT. HE MADE SURE TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ME AT ALL TIMES WITH THE PROGRESS OF GETTING ME A VEHICLE EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLE THAT WAS SELECTED WAS NOT THE VEHICLE I WAS C TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ME AT ALL TIMES WITH THE PROGRESS OF GETTING ME A VEHICLE EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLE THAT WAS SELECTED WAS NOT THE VEHICLE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH. HE ASKED; SONYA TELL ME WHAT VEHICLE DID I HAVE IN MIND. I STATED THAT ANOTHER GALANT OR IMPALA I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE BEFORE. SO I TESTED DROVE A 2012 MITSUBISHI GALANT AND 2011 IMPALA . MR. JACKSON STATED THAT THEY NEED TO WORK ON THE FINANCING. I EXPRESSED TO MR. JACKSON THAT I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH EITHER CAR THAT COULD GET FINANCED. HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH A VEHICLE THAT I WANTED BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE LOT AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. SOME CAR PLACES JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE IF YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. SO I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP WITH FINANCING, SELECTING A VEHICLE, AND BEING PATIENT. I was looking at a specific car and needing to trade in my older one for something with better gas mileage. I am a big fan of let me look for you when buying a car, don't look for me. So when I found the car I intended to purchase I went inside and the first person I saw was David. The first thing I noticed about him was he wore my favorite tie, made by Garcia. Beyond this I explained what I wanted and he helped me out (despite how in demand he was at the time). We looked over the car I wanted and found it was not what I wanted after all so he made a recommendation. Even though it was a bit more out of my price range I liked it. He assisted as all car salesmen do with the deal or no deal game of car buying. The ONLY thing that could have made the sale better is the price was higher than I wanted. The payment we worked out but the overall price was A LOT more than I truly wanted to pay and I stated that to the final person who did all of my paperwork. I have not bought a car for this much in a long time so shame on me for letting it happen. As for Dave, he tried and I do like the first Mazda I have ever owned! It's the "mini, mini van" :) More

I was actually not planning on purchasing my car on the day of my visit, had it not been for how I was treated and how willing the Jeff Scmitt team was to work with me,educate me on the process and make me feel comfortable I would not have purchased the same day.
