I went in to the Mazda dealership on my birthday excited to shop for a newer used vehicle and to say the least my first shopping experience was not what I expected. My salesman ( I will use initials) J.T. m to shop for a newer used vehicle and to say the least my first shopping experience was not what I expected. My salesman ( I will use initials) J.T. maybe he is new not sure, he was super friendly and tried his best, but had to go to a manager almost for every question to get an answer. 2 or 3 times we were left sitting for over 25 minutes. In the end, I made an offer for the car and got up and left. The salesman nor the manager (whom I never met) were NOT willing to negotiate anything, it was basically a take it or leave it offer. So I made my offer and left. I was very upset with my shopping experience to say the least, as I know of 2 people who have worked for Schmidt dealerships and have always said I should come there when I am ready for a car. I waited 2 days, no one returned my call either way on my offer. I called the dealership several times, left messages..nothing. Through another friend I was told to go back out there and meet with their salesman Chaise Wilson. I went back out there on that Saturday a couple days later and left with my vehicle! Amazing the difference in customer service and management on a different day. Chaise has called a couple times to follow up with me on my purchase and to see if I was satisfied. He did an EXCELLENT job of listening to my needs as well as the finance (Travis Himebaugh) and mgt team that day. My shopping experience was wonderful and I love my car! I am somewhat disappointed in the detailing of my car, it still needs better interior/carpet cleaning, but other than that all is good. As far as price, I was not expecting to be forced to buy the dealer option of having my car undercoated and scotchguarded that was an added expense not expected in my budget. Overall, Thanks Chaise for making my experience more satisfactory with Jeff Schmidt, I will definately recommend him to my friends and family in the future. More

Enjoyed the "no high pressure" sales. All employees very nice. They stayed way past closing time to complete our deal as we were in a bind to find a new vehicle. I have been working with Jennifer Jones for a few weeks, I still have not baught a car yet but she always keeps me informed about any deals or new used cars that come in..... Jennifer was able to cut right to the chase and tell me what was in my price range, what was available, and what she could do for me. She was thorough yet very easy to work with, something you don't often find in other lots.
