I was in need of a new car and one of my family friends reccommended Ashley at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Being only 18 years old this was my first time purchasing a car. I really didnt know what I was doing or what kind of car I wanted or my price range. Ashley was very helpful in showing me how to look at all the cars online and showing me some while I was there. She helped me find my price range and walked me through every step of the process. I found a jeep that I was really interested in and that night I was back at the dealership looking at it. Ashley showed me everything about the vehicle and printed the carfax for me. She took the time to set up the different options I had for packages with the car and the payments that I would have. Within a couple days I was purchasing my first car. I absolutely love the jeep that I bought and have had zero issues with it. Ashley at Jeff Schmitt Mazda was the best thing that could of happened to me while I was looking for a car. She made the process so easy and smooth that I wont go to anyone else to buy a car. My experience at Jeff Schmitt Mazda when purchasing my new MazdaSpeed3 was A+++. Jesse Tenney, my sales person was simply the best! Friendly, patient and accommodating, Jesse was truly there for me every new MazdaSpeed3 was A+++. Jesse Tenney, my sales person was simply the best! Friendly, patient and accommodating, Jesse was truly there for me every step of the way, making me feel that I had received the best deal and service possible. Jesse even helped set up the hands-free bluetooth to coordinate with my cell phone and explained how to operate all the neat gadgets in my new car before I drove it home. Never once did I feel a sense of "high pressure" salesmanship with Jesse, it was more like an "old friend" was looking out for me. Exceptional customer service didn't end when I drove off the lot... several times I have stopped at the dealership to ask a question about my car and Jesse has always taken the time to make sure I left with my questions answered. I am looking forward to returning to Jeff Schmitt Mazda for another vehicle in the near future. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Your cars and employees are awesome. Ashley was super helpful, was ready to answer all of our questions, and was more than attentive. When we ran into an issue with our key a short time later, she was ready to help. I had made an appointment and the gentleman with whom I had the original appointment took another couple at the same time that we walked in. No one and I mean NO ONE came to see if we had been helped, most especially Jim Cox - the gentleman with whom we had the appointment. It was 20 minutes before we were acknowledged - by Mr. Cox who assured me that he would find someone to help us. It was another 15 minutes before we were helped and then it was only because I spoke up that WE were next when yet another salesman asked yet another couple walking in if they had been helped. We were fortunate enough to get David Temple as our salesman. He was so nice, so helpful, so friendly, so knowledgeable - I just can't say enough about how he helped us. He made us feel no shame for our less than stellar credit; in fact, he set us at ease right away about that and everything else involved with this big decision. He walked us through each and every step, explained them all and got us the car that we wanted. Mr. Temple is a wonderful person, a knowledgeable salesman and a pleasure to have worked with. No high pressure, no hype, just honesty. How refreshing he was. My feeling about my entire experience with Jeff Schmitt Mazda is that Mr. Cox was so eager to work with that other couple because they were purchasing a new vehicle. He knew we were purchasing used because we discussed it on the phone when I made the appointment. The fact that NO ONE even came to see if we HAD been helped for so long made us feel that we were less than worthy of anyone's attention. Luckily for Jeff Schmitt Mazda, they have an employee such as David Temple. More

Dave was a Class-A salesperson. He is warm, friendly and understanding. Aaron made the "signing" process more tolerable.
