I had a car that i was not happy with and owed more than the car was worth. I went everywhere trying to trade my car in and everyone wanted a lot of money down on the car. Sales man told me we could have the car we wanted so i did all financing online. We drove an hour away to go to dealer. When we got there salesperson told us to drive car home overnight because it was ge did all financing online. We drove an hour away to go to dealer. The next day we were supposed to sighn papers but were told the deal didnt go through someone had messed up on pricing of car. Managers and sales had a miscommunication and it turned out to be my fault. Sales person was not very knowledgable about his job. Then to top it off they brought me a list of vehicles that fit and they were minivans when i asked for an suv to start with. On top of all that they lost my wifes drivers liscence and could not find it till the next day. I would not recomend the dealer at all sales staff is very unprofessional and untrained. More
