She listened to what we had to say and found us a vehicle that we really like. We were very honest with Ashley about just shopping for a car. As conversation went on she found out where we wanted our payment to be and she worked to get us very close to where we needed to be. We were there for about four hours and ended up buying a Mazda 3. Ashley was a great listener, attentive to us and treated us as if she knew us personally. During the time we spent with her at the dealership my wife and I got to know Ashley. We shared information with each other about our families, looked at pictures and joked around. By the time we left there that day we had gained not only a great salesperson, but a new friend. She treated us like family. We have recommended Ashley and your dealership to many of our friends. On Saturday afternoon I found the car I have been looking for on the internet. My wife and I traveled to Miamisburg Ohio to Jeff Schmitt Auto to look at the Cadillac only to find out that the vehicle was act for on the internet. Chris Thomas was our salesman and he found the location of the car and offered to meet us at that location the next day. The application was completed and we went home for the evening. The following afternoon we met Chris at the Beavercreek dealership and within an hour we were driving away with our new car. I went in late on a Monday evening and was greeted by Jeff. He is very friendly and personable. My intention was to see if they would meet or beat a quote given by a competitor. Jeff stayed late, well past closing and I drove home in a new car. He and the finance manager listened and then made the offer that I was looking for. Jeff has since contacted me to make sure that I am happy with the purchase. I will return to them and recommend them in the future.. Sales man told me we could have the car we wanted so i did all financing online. We drove an hour away to go to dealer. The next day we were supposed to sighn papers but were told the deal didnt go through someone had messed up on pricing of car. Managers and sales had a miscommunication and it turned out to be my fault. Sales person was not very knowledgable about his job. Then to top it off they brought me a list of vehicles that fit and they were minivans when i asked for an suv to start with. On top of all that they lost my wifes drivers liscence and could not find it till the next day. I would not recomend the dealer at all sales staff is very unprofessional and untrained. More
