I bought my first car at this dealership. Well, my first car that's completely in my name. And believe me, I was nervous. But I called ahead and made an appointment with Jesse Tenney. He showed me the car I wanted to see which I ended up not liking but he stayed patient and showed me another similar car with more features. I haggled with him over price and he remained patient. And finally we worked out at a price that we were both happy with and we started working on paperwork. I ended up being there until 11pm since I couldn't get in to even look at the car until around 7pm. The whole time, I didn't hear anyone complain about how late it was. They just wanted me to be able to drive my car home that night. Which I did. I have brought it back for oil changes and each time the service was great. Once I had to take it to get a factory recall completed and it took a few hours. And even though it was further than they normally cater to, they took me home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. They have great employees and great service. Id recommend buying a Mazda any day from them. They really do love their customers! And did I mention that I LOVE my Mazda3? Its fits my needs perfectly. And being in Ohio, snow is a frequent hassle between the months of Nov-Feb and it handles amazing in the snow. I love it! I'm a very pleased customer! I also wanted to mention that these guys handled me very well during the sale of the car. I had been researching cars for months and I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. So I had nothing that I wished I had done differently. More
